At Northern Strike Baits, we work hard to get your order on the water as quickly as possible. All of our soft plastics are hand poured, packaged, and shipped from Northern Ontario, Canada.
Processing Times
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new product launches, limited edition releases, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates

📦 Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 CAD
Orders under $75 CAD are subject to a flat shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
United States
Shipping rates to the United States are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most Canadian orders arrive within:
- Ontario: 1–3 business days
- Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada: 3–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days
United States delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged package or contents (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
